By a tradition, one of the main modern principle of constructing of exercising and training facilities is detaching by a constructive way of one degree of freedom for a laded movement. It deprives to some extent the last (movement) of naturality with which providing of perfomance of a movement that is correspond to a necessary degree of freedom in natural conditions is realized by an action of muscle groups.
Therefore, during using most of training facilities fundamental problems appear, related to realization "up-trained" under such conditions movements during natural motor actions in sport or everyday life. At first turn they connected with excessive affectation of a movement during a training, when a rate of work of muscles, providing movements in joints (especially it concerns to joints, allowing to realize movements with several degrees of freedom - such as hip joint, humeral, radicarpal, joints of vertebral column) differs essentially from one (rate) that exists in natural conditions of moving activity.
So, during performing a motor action in a joint, a necessary degree of freedom is detached with the help of muscle groups. If any of movements of bending - unbending type in one flatness can be regarded as a example, it is provided by muscles, which hold both joined links in a one flatness during simultaneous activity of other muscles of this joint, which realize a movement itself.
During using traditional exercising facilities the first of enumerated actions is realized toughly by a mechanical system and cut off by that a natural form of muscle actions during a movement in a joint.
And it's also interesting, that one who traines under such conditions, to our opinion, use his intellect minimumly, traines or keeps in shape his ability of constructing of a movement in a joint or a more difficult motor action insufficiently.
Trainings like this, especially in a young age, could lead, to our mind, to a considerable loss of abilities to learn a movement, to co-ordinate it. Perhaps, a weak point of bodybuilding is concealed in it. And, perhaps, just therefore no one famous bodybuilder with huge relief muscles can show high results in a wrestling, throwings, armwrestling and so on.
Latest researches show, that to combine successfully a solution of problems, being described, allow using facilities with simultaneous loading of several degrees of freedom.
Such possibility can be given by facilities, which are manylinked systems, using hinge joints, in which resistance to a movement can be set by a necessary way.
Especial interest here is using spherical hinges with providing with a load by forces of friction...
